Instead we got a polite and helpful young lady by the name of Kimberly. She was also compassionate and assured us that we would have our unit looked at that very night. “Memo was our go to guy and he was awesome to work with!! I had 7 air conditioning companies out to my house and they all wanted to sell me a new unit and all we needed were mini splits to accommodate a unit that we had installed by another company that the tonnage was too small for our house. Then, that company refused to work for us anymore because we were always complaining that the thermostat wouldn’t go past 78 in the summer! So, we had some mini splits installed at my house and at my mom’s house by Polar Air and oh my gosh!! It’s the first time I say it’s freezing in here, turn it down! Memo came to our house and got everything organized and explained everything perfectly. The installers all work together so beautifully!
