We recommend you tune-up your system twice a year, once in the spring to ensure you are ready for the summer season and once in the fall to make certain that your heating system is safe to operate and to get maximum performance out of your equipment.

HEATING SEASON
- Check & adjust pilot operation
- Lubricate moving parts
- Inspect furnace exhaust venting
- Inspect & tighten all loose electrical connections
- Inspect safety controls
- Inspect voltage & amperage draw on all motors
- Inspect air flow for proper temperature rise
- Inspect hot surface igniter
- Inspect furnace exhaust fan
- Inspect furnace operation cycles
- Inspect heat exchange
- Provide safety inspection report
- Inspect supply & return duct work
- Inspect thermostat for proper operation
COOLING SEASON
- Inspect primary & secondary condensate drains
- Inspect blower components
- Inspect outdoor cooling coil
- Clean outdoor condenser coil
- Inspect all moving parts
- Inspect all electrical connections
- Inspect operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge
- Inspect voltage & amperage draw on all motors
- Inspect run & start capacitors
- Inspect “compressor saver kit”
- Inspect “ceiling saver kit”
- Inspect supply & return duct work
- Inspect thermostat for proper operation
