    Memo was our go to guy and he was awesome to work with!! I had 7 air conditioning companies out to my house and they all wanted to sell me a new unit and all we needed were mini splits to accommodate a unit that we had installed by another company that the tonnage was too small for our house. Then, that company refused to work for us anymore because we were always complaining that the thermostat wouldn’t go past 78 in the summer! So, we had some mini splits installed at my house and at my mom’s house by Polar Air and oh my gosh!! It’s the first time I say it’s freezing in here, turn it down!

    Memo came to our house and got everything organized and explained everything perfectly. The installers all work together so beautifully! I would definitely recommend this company for all of your cooling and heating needs! Oh, and they actually send the warranty and all paperwork out to you in the mail.     Our furnace was working intermittently and I called Polar at 9am. By 1030am the same day, they had a tech on the way to the house. It was 59 degrees inside. By 11am, it was up to 68 and working correctly. Just needed the flame resin cleaned off. They didn't charge for anything other than the service call, which was $30. I highly recommend. Finally a service company in Las Vegas that's prompt and most importantly HONEST. Thank you Polar!!!
