    Our furnace was working intermittently and I called Polar at 9am. By 1030am the same day, they had a tech on the way to the house. It was 59 degrees inside. By 11am, it was up to 68 and working correctly. Just needed the flame resin cleaned off. They didn't charge for anything other than the service call, which was $30. I highly recommend. There were hands down the cheapest with the BEST financing. Now our only hope was....that the install was perfect and the system lasted.     We came come on one of the first "hot" days of the season and the system was dead. We checked the normal stuff and called Polar 630 pm expecting to get the answering service or machine. Within another hour he had the problem diagnosed and Altho the replacement part was not available 8 pm at night, he was able to get the system working Atleast and thankfully temporarily! I only Lalo and Polar Air back. Ps. We even received a call that "the tech" was 30 minutes away and prepared my that there would be a super nominal and fair $30 service call fee.”
