Within another hour he had the problem diagnosed and Altho the replacement part was not available 8 pm at night, he was able to get the system working Atleast and thankfully temporarily! I only Lalo and Polar Air back. Ps. We even received a call that "the tech" was 30 minutes away and prepared my that there would be a super nominal and fair $30 service call fee.”
