    Our furnace was working intermittently and I called Polar at 9am. By 1030am the same day, they had a tech on the way to the house. It was 59 degrees inside. By 11am, it was up to 68 and working correctly. Just needed the flame resin cleaned off. They didn't charge for anything other than the service call, which was $30. I highly recommend. Finally a service company in Las Vegas that's prompt and most importantly HONEST. Thank you Polar!!!

    Memo was our go to guy and he was awesome to work with!! I had 7 air conditioning companies out to my house and they all wanted to sell me a new unit and all we needed were mini splits to accommodate a unit that we had installed by another company that the tonnage was too small for our house. Then, that company refused to work for us anymore because we were always complaining that the thermostat wouldn’t go past 78 in the summer! So, we had some mini splits installed at my house and at my mom’s house by Polar Air and oh my gosh!! It’s the first time I say it’s freezing in here, turn it down!

    Memo came to our house and got everything organized and explained everything perfectly. The installers all work together so beautifully! I would definitely recommend this company for all of your cooling and heating needs! Oh, and they actually send the warranty and all paperwork out to you in the mail. The other company put our name wrong on the warranty and never sent us any warranty or paperwork. Polar Air always answers the phone and gets someone out right away. This company is top notch!!     “We selected Polar Air a couple of years ago for a complete replacement of our condo air conditioner system. We checked reviews and all in all it came down to price. There were hands down the cheapest with the BEST financing. Now our only hope was....that the install was perfect and the system lasted. It did go perfect and we did have a little glitch just recently.
    We came come on one of the first "hot" days of the season and the system was dead. We checked the normal stuff and called Polar 630 pm expecting to get the answering service or machine. Instead we got a polite and helpful young lady by the name of Kimberly. She was also compassionate and assured us that we would have our unit looked at that very night. I never thought it would be WITHIN the hour. I am an elder veteran and heat is not my friend. As I said, within an hour a wonderful technician by the name of Lalo showed up. Within another hour he had the problem diagnosed and Altho the replacement part was not available 8 pm at night, he was able to get the system working Atleast and thankfully temporarily! I only Lalo and Polar Air back. Ps. We even received a call that "the tech" was 30 minutes away and prepared my that there would be a super nominal and fair $30 service call fee.”
