Miguel and his team arrived on time, they placed cellophane on the floors to make sure everything would stay clean, the HVAC is in the attic but it all fit through the small opening, not sure how but they didn’t have to cut through the ceiling, the crane came in on time and the operator did a fantastic job replacing the 2 units and so fast. I had 7 air conditioning companies out to my house and they all wanted to sell me a new unit and all we needed were mini splits to accommodate a unit that we had installed by another company that the tonnage was too small for our house. So, we had some mini splits installed at my house and at my mom’s house by Polar Air and oh my gosh!! It’s the first time I say it’s freezing in here, turn it down!
