Our work is carried out by three technicians and two install crews serving homes and businesses across Las Vegas and the surrounding Mojave Desert. Since 1998, we’ve built our approach around the people doing the work, the customers counting on it, and the conditions that make dependable heating and cooling so important out here.

We hold high expectations for every job, from the first conversation through cleanup. Our technicians look out for one another, and our crews work together to keep each project moving without cutting corners.

Our field team includes technicians and two install crews, with room for people to grow across both service and installation. That shared experience keeps knowledge flowing between departments while everyone stays focused on the task in front of them.

Regular monthly team meetings bring the whole crew together to stay aligned, communicate clearly, and maintain the kind of respectful working environment that shows up on the jobsite. When the team runs well internally, that consistency carries into every visit.

Our technicians receive ongoing training and hold NATE certification. They work on a wide range of HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties, including new construction, with the local knowledge to handle extreme desert heat and cold winter nights.

When we recommend equipment or repairs, we walk you through the available options and provide a detailed estimate before work begins. Questions get straightforward answers, and we keep communication open throughout.

    “We selected Polar Air a couple of years ago for a complete replacement of our condo air conditioner system. We checked reviews and all in all it came down to price. There were hands down the cheapest with the BEST financing. Now our only hope was....that the install was perfect and the system lasted. It did go perfect and we did have a little glitch just recently.
    We came come on one of the first "hot" days of the season and the system was dead. We checked the normal stuff and called Polar 630 pm expecting to get the answering service or machine. Instead we got a polite and helpful young lady by the name of Kimberly. She was also compassionate and assured us that we would have our unit looked at that very night. I never thought it would be WITHIN the hour. I am an elder veteran and heat is not my friend. As I said, within an hour a wonderful technician by the name of Lalo showed up. Within another hour he had the problem diagnosed and Altho the replacement part was not available 8 pm at night, he was able to get the system working Atleast and thankfully temporarily! I only Lalo and Polar Air back. Ps. We even received a call that "the tech" was 30 minutes away and prepared my that there would be a super nominal and fair $30 service call fee.”

    Then I called Polar Air and met Memo. He was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent. Instead of trying to sell me on something I didn't need, he took the time to explain that all I really needed was a couple of vent intakes and a damper adjustment.     “Our furnace was working intermittently and I called Polar at 9am. By 1030am the same day, they had a tech on the way to the house. It was 59 degrees inside. By 11am, it was up to 68 and working correctly. Just needed the flame resin cleaned off. They didn't charge for anything other than the service call, which was $30. I highly recommend. Finally a service company in Las Vegas that's prompt and most importantly HONEST. Thank you Polar!!!”
