“Today was install day! My 2 AC Units and HVAC system got replaced. Miguel and his team arrived on time, they placed cellophane on the floors to make sure everything would stay clean, the HVAC is in the attic but it all fit through the small opening, not sure how but they didn’t have to cut through the ceiling, the crane came in on time and the operator did a fantastic job replacing the 2 units and so fast. Our furnace was working intermittently and I called Polar at 9am. By 1030am the same day, they had a tech on the way to the house. It was 59 degrees inside. By 11am, it was up to 68 and working correctly. Just needed the flame resin cleaned off. They didn't charge for anything other than the service call, which was $30. I highly recommend. We came come on one of the first "hot" days of the season and the system was dead. We checked the normal stuff and called Polar 630 pm expecting to get the answering service or machine. Instead we got a polite and helpful young lady by the name of Kimberly. She was also compassionate and assured us that we would have our unit looked at that very night. I never thought it would be WITHIN the hour. I am an elder veteran and heat is not my friend. As I said, within an hour a wonderful technician by the name of Lalo showed up. Within another hour he had the problem diagnosed and Altho the replacement part was not available 8 pm at night, he was able to get the system working Atleast and thankfully temporarily! I only Lalo and Polar Air back. Ps. We even received a call that "the tech" was 30 minutes away and prepared my that there would be a super nominal and fair $30 service call fee.” -
