    Our furnace was working intermittently and I called Polar at 9am. By 1030am the same day, they had a tech on the way to the house. It was 59 degrees inside. By 11am, it was up to 68 and working correctly. Just needed the flame resin cleaned off. They didn't charge for anything other than the service call, which was $30. I highly recommend.
