    Memo was our go to guy and he was awesome to work with!! I had 7 air conditioning companies out to my house and they all wanted to sell me a new unit and all we needed were mini splits to accommodate a unit that we had installed by another company that the tonnage was too small for our house. Then, that company refused to work for us anymore because we were always complaining that the thermostat wouldn’t go past 78 in the summer! So, we had some mini splits installed at my house and at my mom’s house by Polar Air and oh my gosh!! It’s the first time I say it’s freezing in here, turn it down!

    Memo came to our house and got everything organized and explained everything perfectly. The installers all work together so beautifully! I would definitely recommend this company for all of your cooling and heating needs! Oh, and they actually send the warranty and all paperwork out to you in the mail. The other company put our name wrong on the warranty and never sent us any warranty or paperwork. Polar Air always answers the phone and gets someone out right away. This company is top notch!!
