Wow! Called Polar Air Sunday a.m., blessed that they were able to come out that very morning! And then Isaac showed up! He was amazing, hard-working, and honest! So many companies push you to get a new unit right away, but he gave us options (and an amount if we need a new unit in the future) as we KNOW it is coming; our Trane unit is 19 years old. We are so impressed with the honesty and hard work in this day and age! Ty Isaac and Polar Air!
