We selected Polar Air a couple of years ago for a complete replacement of our condo air conditioner system. We checked reviews and all in all it came down to price. They were hands down the cheapest with the BEST financing. Now our only hope was… that the install was perfect and the system lasted. It did go perfect and we did have a little glitch just recently. We came home on one of the first “hot” days of the season and the system was dead. We checked the normal stuff and called Polar at 6:30 pm expecting to get the answering service or machine. Instead, we got a polite and helpful young lady by the name of Kimberly. She was also compassionate and assured us that we would have our unit looked at that very night. I never thought it would be WITHIN the hour. I am an elder veteran and heat is not my friend. As I said, within an hour a wonderful technician by the name of Lalo showed up. Within another hour he had the problem diagnosed and, although the replacement part was not available at 8 pm at night, he was able to get the system working at least and thankfully temporarily! I only want Lalo and Polar Air back. Ps. We even received a call that “the tech” was 30 minutes away and prepared me that there would be a super nominal and fair $30 service call fee. Thank you Polar Air. Recommended unequivocally.

Another scorching summer with temps reaching an all-time high and the AC isn’t working. We have AHS, a property management that doesn’t work on weekends, and the sweetest tenants ever. In June, after waiting a week for some options that would cost us a hefty amount, we had Polar Air come out and top off the unit, as we kept our fingers crossed. Sadly, a couple of months later on a Friday night, I hear AC issues are back. I had a couple of prior quotes but not from Polar Air. To my surprise, they came in lower with a better warranty, a written estimate that explained everything, unlike my verbals I was getting from other places. It was a no-brainer. Memo had it taken care of and needed nothing but a go-ahead from me. Within 2 days the unit was installed and I had happy tenants once more. It was a 33-year-old unit and received $800 from AHS.

After 3 estimates to replace my heating and cooling system, I'm glad that I went with Polar Air. The owner, Bali, and office staff are very responsive to emails and phone calls. The price was great, thousands less than the other estimates, and Polar Air gave me a 3 ton unit where my neighbors were getting 2 1/5 tons. The install went well, and passed Henderson's virtual inspection. Polar Air did all the work from estimate, to install, to product registration and inspection. The heat pump I received has a $2,000 federal tax credit as well, so another savings. If you need a replacement or repair give them a call.

I can't express how grateful I am to have been recommended this company. I was given an estimate, and they offered to replace my unit the next day. I had been given a quote through my home warranty company, and Polar Air was less expensive and sold me a far superior unit (compared to the off-name brand I was being offered through my warranty company). The unit was installed in a timely manner. The gentlemen working on it were professional and kind. This is a great company full of wonderful people, starting with the outgoing female who got my appointment scheduled, all the way to the very end with the guys who installed and cleaned up after the job. Well, it all started last year, 5/22/2023. I came home from work and my AC was turning but not working, so I asked my neighbor if they were happy with Polar Air. So I called Polar Air and Memo the technician came out that day. Memo said that the AC unit was on its last leg, and I knew that being the units were 33 years old. So Memo got me up and running that day and Memo sent me an estimate on replacing the unit. Well, 2 months later the AC unit stopped working so I said I would just buy a window AC unit to get through the month of September. So March 2024, I called a company for an estimate on replacing the two units at my home. He comes out and gives me a $38,000.00 number, about had a heart attack. He left and I called Memo from Polar Air and asked him if he would give me a new estimate on replacing my two units. Memo said the quote I gave you in May 22 of 2023 still stands, about had heart attack number 2. This was on March 25. Memo gave a quote price of $17,885.00 cash. On March 30th, Polar Air came that morning at 8. I asked the first crew member that showed up how long will it take. He said 6 hours, and at 2:00 that afternoon they were done with a half lunch. Thank you, Polar Air. My neighbor's units were also 33 years old, and the people that replaced them started Friday, March 29th and were not finished until March 30th at 8 pm that night. This is for the business Polar Air & Heating.

I love Polar Air! 'Memo' looked to see if he could repair our A/C before telling me it's better if I bought a new one. My A/C was 16 years old, and the compressor was shot. Memo helped me to get low-payment financing, with no interest if I paid it back on time. And the new A/C unit is excellent. We don't have to run a fan. They even loaned me their professional ladder, so it would be easier for the city inspector to get up on the roof. The employees at Polar Air are wonderful.

One bid was so high that my dog chased him out of the house. Polar Air gave me a bid over the phone and sent out an adjuster that beat the competition by over 3,000.00. Then, when they let me know it was a new Lennox with a heat pump, I could not pass up their offer. "How soon can you install?" was my output. They set up a day that I was free to be home. I received a text message that the install was going to take place on Monday of this week, 3/23 @ 8:30 a.m. The team showed up right on time, even a little before 8:30 a.m. They placed floor covers over the floor and went to work replacing the Goodman HVAC that lasted just five years, and the warranty was gone on it, as the manufacture date from the last HVAC company sold me a new old unit, so even though it was five years since installation, the Polar Air boys showed me the unit was over eight years old with a five-year warranty. New system comes standard 10 warranty that Polar installed. My house is perfect temperature now. They did an excellent job installing the new HVAC system. Highly recommend.
